Botswana Careers Roundtable (“BCR”) is a registered independent, non-profit professional association started in February 2016 with the main aim being to alleviate the pertinent unemployment problem within Botswana.

We aim to facilitate professional networking opportunities for two groups of talent; on the one hand we have key, influential corporate leaders, and on the other we have top, junior corporate talent that is poised to take up management positions in the next 3 – 5 years. Thus, the platform consists of the most influential corporate leaders of today as well as the most influential corporate leaders of tomorrow.
