Step 1: Open the Settings App and Search for “Accounts”
Tap the search bar at the top of the Settings app and type “Accounts”.
Select Mail Accounts from the list.
Tap Add Account.
Scroll down and select Other.
Tap Add Mail Account.
1. Fill in your details: Name, Email, Password, and Description.
2. Note: The “Name” you enter will appear as the sender name to recipients.
Fill in the incoming and outgoing mail server settings:
– Host Name: your domain name (e.g., webmechanics.co.bw)
– Username: your full email address (e.g., blasto@webmechanics.co.bw)
– Password: your email password
If your credentials are correct, you will see blue checkmarks on each field. Then, you will be redirected to the IMAP settings screen.
Make sure the Mail option is toggled ON. Then tap Save.
You’ll be taken back to the Mail Accounts page. You can now exit the Settings app.
Open the Mail app. Your newly added email account (e.g., webmechanics.co.bw) should now be visible on the home screen.
Tap on your new email account to access additional folders such as Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc.
